We are giving 5 days immunity booster diet plan to all –
MONDAY
- Breakfast – Eat oats with grounded flaxseeds, Greek yogurt, blueberries for your breakfast.
- Morning Snack – We suggest you to have a handful of any nuts.
- Lunch – For Lunch, you should eat brown rice with chickpeas, finely sliced kale, cherry tomatoes salad with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
- Dinner – For Dinner, include pan fried salmon, some vegetables sautéed in ginger and garlic paste + some kimchi salad.
- Before going to bed you should drink a cup of milk with cinnamon, turmeric and ginger added in it.
TUESDAY
- Breakfast – The Breakfast of the next day should include a toast of whole grain bread with boiled eggs and avocado.
- Morning Snack – Eat Greek Yogurt with kiwi.
- Lunch – For lunch, use leftover salmon fillet with vegetables and cooked brown rice.
- Post Lunch – Eat raw carrots with some hummus
- Dinner – mixed vegetable soup with shredded chicken and parmesan cheese.
- Before going to bed, drink green tea with a little piece of dark chocolate.
WEDNESDAY
